Tonight (Tuesday, June 9, 2009), Patrick Ward and I interviewed Brad Pilon, author of Eat-stop-Eat for an intriguing discussion about flexible-intermittent fasting. If you haven't heard about this exciting and extremely simple concept for calorie reduction (just don't eat for 24 hours once or twice per week) you must have a listen to this interview.
